Tangier is the gateway to Morocco for travellers coming from Spain: the ferry from Tarifa or Algeciras takes only an hour. From the port we drive you through the Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen, the blue city, then to Fes and across the Middle Atlas to the dunes of Merzouga, before following the kasbah road to Marrakech. The 4 days tour is the quickest crossing; with 7 or 8 days you have time for Volubilis, a guided day in Fes and two nights in the Sahara, and our longer trips add Essaouira and the Atlantic coast.
