A long and beautiful road over the Middle Atlas and the Tizi n'Talghamt pass, then along the Ziz gorges to Errachidia. Continue west to Tinghir, an oasis town at the mouth of the Todra Gorge, for the night.
Morning walk between the 300-metre walls of the Todra Gorge, then east past the ancient irrigation wells of the desert to Erfoud and its fossil workshops. In the late afternoon ride a camel into Erg Chebbi to your desert camp.
Sunrise on the dunes, breakfast at the camp and a drive north along the Ziz Valley, with viewpoints over its palm-filled canyon. Lunch in Midelt at the foot of the Ayachi mountains, then the cedar forests of the Middle Atlas and Ifrane before arriving in Fes in the evening.
All our tours can start on any day and from any hotel, riad or airport. We can add nights, change the order of the stops or choose a more comfortable category of hotels and camps.
